MOQ & Quotation

Can I request a quote for products not listed on the website?

Yes. The products shown on the website are only a selection of examples. If you need a product that is not listed, please provide the product name, JAN code, a product photo, or the brand name, and we will help confirm the price and availability.

Do you accept inquiries by JAN code?

Yes. The JAN code is essential for identifying a Japanese product. If you can provide the JAN code, we can confirm the exact product version, specifications, price, and availability more accurately.

If I only have a product photo, can you still look it up?

Yes. You can send a photo of the product, the front or back of the packaging, or the barcode. Based on the image, we will help confirm the product name, JAN code, and availability.

Does listing a product mean it is in stock?

No. Product availability is subject to supplier inventory and market conditions.

Listing a product on our website does not guarantee stock availability. Final availability will be confirmed during the quotation process.

What types of customers do you serve?

We mainly serve overseas B2B customers, including wholesalers, retailers, Japanese-goods stores, beauty stores, supermarkets, e-commerce sellers, Amazon sellers, TikTok Shop sellers, and distributors.

Can individual consumers place orders?

This website is intended for wholesale and business customers.

How do I get a quote?

You can reach us through the inquiry function on the website, the contact form, or WhatsApp. Please provide the product name, JAN code, target quantity, target market, and your company information, and we will reply as soon as possible.

What information do I need to provide when requesting a quote?

To speed up the quotation process, we recommend providing the product name, JAN code, brand, target quantity, estimated purchase volume per SKU, the destination country or region, and your company name.

How soon will I receive a reply after my inquiry?

In most cases, we reply to your inquiry within 24 business hours. If a product requires confirmation with the supplier, the reply may take a little longer.

What is the MOQ (minimum order amount)?

Our minimum order value for website-generated RFQ inquiries is generally USD 2,000 per order.

For larger wholesale projects, repeat orders, or specific market requirements, terms may be discussed individually.

What is the minimum order quantity per SKU?

In general, the minimum order is one case per SKU. Some brands or suppliers may have their own MOQ requirements, which will be confirmed at the time of quotation.

How many units are in one case?

The number of units per case varies by product. For example, the case pack for shampoo, toner, face masks, and health supplements can differ. We will provide the specific case specifications and units per case at the time of quotation.

Can I mix different brands and SKUs in one order?

Yes. We support mixed orders across multiple brands and SKUs, which is ideal for wholesalers and retailers who want to source a variety of Japanese products in a single purchase.

Can I do a mixed container load?

Yes. We support mixed container loading and can consolidate products from different brands, categories, and SKUs into a single shipment.

Can you help with product selection?

Yes. If you provide your target market, sales channels, and budget, we can help you put together a list of products worth inquiring about, based on availability in the Japanese market and commonly exported items.

Payment

Are the prices shown on the website final?

No. Prices displayed on the website are indicative wholesale reference prices only.

Final pricing is subject to quotation confirmation and may vary depending on order quantity, supplier pricing, exchange rates, product availability, and shipping arrangements.

Are product prices fixed?

Product prices are affected by factors such as supplier quotations, order quantity, market availability, exchange rates, and logistics costs. The final price is therefore confirmed by the official quotation.

Is there a discount for repeat orders?

For long-term partners or customers with stable, repeat orders, we can discuss pricing terms individually based on order quantity, frequency, and product category.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept bank wire transfer (T/T) as the main method. For certain markets or specific cooperation arrangements, other payment methods can be discussed.

Is full payment required?

Yes. For inquiries and wholesale orders generated through this website, full payment is generally required after the order is confirmed. Full payment covers the product cost, shipping, and any other related charges agreed upon by both parties.

We will only begin the procurement and shipping process after the full payment has been received.

Does full payment include shipping?

Yes. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is required to pay the product cost, shipping, and any other confirmed charges after the order is confirmed. The exact amount will be based on the official quotation or invoice.

Who is responsible for the bank transfer fees?

All fees incurred during the bank transfer, including the remitting bank fee, intermediary bank fees, receiving bank fee, and other related charges, are borne by the customer.

We base our calculation on the amount actually received in our bank account. If the received amount falls short, the customer must pay the difference before we continue with procurement or shipping.

Why is full payment required?

Because the availability, purchase price, and stock levels of Japanese products can change at any time, we usually need to purchase from our sourcing channels immediately after an order is confirmed. For this reason, orders placed through the website are, in principle, fully prepaid.

Can I cancel an order after payment?

Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, we begin the procurement process. If procurement has already started, orders generally cannot be canceled at will.

If a product is out of stock, discontinued, or cannot be procured in the required quantity, we will confirm an alternative solution, quantity adjustment, or refund arrangement with the customer.

Which currencies can be used for quotation or payment?

Quotations are generally provided in Japanese yen (JPY) or US dollars (USD). Other currencies can be discussed based on actual needs.

Shipping & Lead Time

How long is the delivery lead time?

Lead time depends on product availability, supplier schedules, order quantity, and destination.

For most export orders, procurement and shipping arrangements typically require approximately 4-8 weeks after order confirmation and receipt of payment.

Actual lead times will be confirmed during the quotation process.

Can you guarantee the delivery date?

The delivery date is an estimate only. If it changes due to supply chain conditions, logistics delays, weather, customs, or other force majeure factors, we will notify the customer promptly.

Can you guarantee that all ordered quantities will be procured?

We cannot guarantee this. Because availability in the Japanese market can change at any time, the final quantity supplied is based on the actual procurement result. If some items cannot be procured in full, we will confirm how to proceed with the customer.

Which Incoterms do you support?

Our standard shipping term is FOB (Free On Board) Japan.

If alternative shipping terms such as CIF, DAP, or other Incoterms are required, please specify your request when submitting an RFQ. Availability depends on the destination, product category, order volume, and logistics arrangements.

Which countries and regions can you export to?

We have shipped to Hong Kong on a long-term basis and also supply Japanese products to many overseas markets across Asia, North America, and Europe. Specific export arrangements are confirmed based on the destination country, product category, and logistics conditions.

Compliance & Documents

Are your products the original Japanese versions?

Yes. All products we supply are the original Japanese-packaged versions distributed in the Japanese market.

Can you provide samples?

Yes, but we do not offer free samples at this time. The sample cost and air freight must be borne by the customer.

Can you provide English labels or English instructions?

Japanese domestic versions are supplied by default.

If additional labeling, English instructions, or localization services are required, please discuss your requirements with us before placing an order. Availability and costs will depend on the product type, quantity, and scope of work.

Can you provide MSDS or INCI documents?

As a general rule, we do not provide MSDS or INCI documents at this time. If you have a specific requirement, please raise it at the time of inquiry and we will help check whether a workable solution is available.

Who is responsible for customs clearance and compliance in the importing country?

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, import permits, customs clearance, product registration, label compliance, taxes and duties, and other local regulatory requirements in the destination country are generally the responsibility of the buyer to confirm and handle.
